1. Who these terms are with
Wibe Labs is a trading name used by an individual, not a registered company.
The same name and contact address as in the privacy notice. They have to match. Once a company exists, both pages change together.
2. What this website is
This site describes an AI assistant that answers patient calls for clinics, and lets a clinic request a free audit of its own call handling. It is informational. Using it does not create a contract for the service.
The service itself is provided under a separate agreement, signed after the audit, together with a data processing agreement covering patient data.
3. The free call audit
The audit is offered at no cost and with no obligation. Requesting it does not commit you to buying anything, and pricing is quoted per clinic afterwards.
The figures produced by the calculator on this site are an estimate based on the values you enter. They are not a forecast, not a guarantee, and not a substitute for the audit.

4. The recorded calls
The calls you can play in the demo section were recorded on a live clinic line using a test profile. The caller is a member of the Wibe Labs team, not a patient. No patient call is published on this site.
They show one assistant, configured for one clinic, on one day. Another clinic's setup will sound different because the wording, the services and the schedule are its own.
5. Acceptable use
Use the site as intended. Do not attempt to break into it, disrupt it, or extract data from it by automated means. Do not submit someone else's contact details as if they were your own, and do not use the form to send anything unlawful.
The consent box for the automated callback is a permission you give for your own number. Do not tick it for a number that is not yours.
6. Intellectual property
The text, design, recordings and the Wibe Labs name and logo on this site belong to Wibe Labs. You may read, print and share the pages. You may not republish them as your own or use the branding without permission.
The clinic names, doctors and appointments in the demo transcripts are part of a test configuration and do not identify real patients.
Confirm whether "United Medical Clinic Lisbon", which is named in the published recordings, is a real client and whether they have agreed to appear on the site. If the recording was made on their live line, written permission should be on file.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the site available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted. It may be unavailable during maintenance or because of a failure at a service provider.
This section is about the website. Availability of the assistant service is covered by the service agreement, not here.
8. Warranties and liability
This is the clause that decides exposure if a clinic acts on a figure from the calculator, or if something goes wrong on a call. It has to be drafted against the law of the chosen jurisdiction and against what your insurance actually covers. Limits that overreach are struck out by courts in much of the EU, which can leave you with no protection at all rather than less.
9. Governing law
Which country's law applies and which courts have jurisdiction. This follows from where the company is registered and where its clients are, and it needs to be consistent with the service agreement and the data processing agreement.
10. Changes
These terms may change. The current version is always the one on this page, with its date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means the new version applies.
